The little crazy haired genius had a weight loss tip, do you know it?

NO, it's not to stick your finger in a power point.

“If you do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.”

Whilst I heard this quote on a crime show, it has enormous weight within the health and fitness field.

If you want to lose that stubborn body fat and look amazing, yet you continue doing what you are currently doing, with an expectation of a different result, then you are disillusioned.

Einstein defined insanity as;

“Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results”

So how does this quote from Einstein relate to your desire to lose weight?

If you want to achieve an amazing transformation in physique, then doing what you are currently doing is not likely to achieve that, otherwise you wouldn’t be attempting to lose weight, would you?

Therefore, the likelihood is you will have to change at least one, if not all, of the following:

  • Mind-set;
  • Exercise regime; and/or
  • Nutritional intake.

“If you do what you always did, you will always get what you always got.”

The same can be said for those people who repeat the cycle of fad diets, whereby they lose quick weight, regain the lost weight and repeat the cycle continuously. If you are constantly dieting on-and-off, detoxing or cutting carbs completely, over and over again, hoping for the quick fix, STOP and think for a second.

Why, after repeated unsuccessful attempts or unsustainable weight loss, are you going to try the same thing again?

Don’t keep repeating your past mistakes.

The quick fix is not going to work and if it does, it sure as hell won’t last. Start living a healthy and positive lifestyle of regular exercise and nutritionally balanced meals, 5-6 per day. You will not only feel better, you will look better.
